Reminder: When You Branch...

Hey all,

When you branch, please remember the branching guidelines as described in
GEP 4 <http://developer.gnome.org/gep/gep-4.html> and let release-team,
desktop-devel-list, and gnome-i18n-list know. It is especially important
that translators know, so they can concentrate on the stable branches during
the run up to our final release.

You may also want to update jhbuild's 2.4 modules info, or get someone who
uses jhbuild (James is always a good person to ask) to do it for you.
