2.4 PDF Problems

When it comes to pdf viewing 2.4 is going to be a big regression
for users. ggv has dropped pdf support and gpdf can't print pdfs.
I think that gpdf needs special permission for late changes.
There is a branch of gpdf that solves all the problems with gpdf.
