Sure; but you can stop creating new ones, and just use the boring old
stock jpeg thing - as we do when the image is too large to thumbnail.
Yes it'd suck, but if it can save nautilus' life it's perhaps a good
thing, and then perhaps we can bump the limit up on viewed files more
happily.
