KDE Gnome and consistancey

Short version:
Geramik, KDE & Gnome theme but with added feature of making the colour
palettes match.

Searched the archives and this does not seem to have been mentioned
previously and i thought it might be of interest.

If anyone would care to politely inform me offlist for the
technical reasons (if any) for the differences in the colour palettes
between Gnome and KDE?  Thanks in advance.
