we have already put the implementation in place and we are currently testing
the same. We should be able to put the result in place in few more days. btw
we are doing this as a part of sawfish multihead session support but i guess
this activity is anyway a generic one and would not disturb the current
setup in anyway. Just trying to run the regression tests and then we should
be submitting the patch.

...which probably will only be able to go into gtk 2.2 (though i can't
speak for the maintainers).
are you guys going to work on an implementation, or would you like me to
look at it?
