Yes, but there's not a lot that applies to both versions in metatheme,
beyond the GTK+ settings. [1]

[1] Which are explicitly different. It might be nice to configure both at
the same time by default (showing only one set of options for GTK+), but
allow for them to be configured separately if the user desires.
