Even though i don't personally like the windows layout, there is some
merit to using for consistency. Specificaly making sure the X-close
button is always in the upper right corner. Galeon does this for all
tabs. There is an X-close button in the upper-right corner of the
evolution folders sidebar. Mozilla puts the X-close button in the upper
right corner of it's sidebar as well.
For consistency sake should the close button for everything always be in
the same place?
