ORBit 2.3.102 fails rpm build

When rpm -ta'ing the ORBit 2.3.102 release (gnome-2.0-alpha-staging), it 
fails on the file globber part.

The reason seems to be that the .so / .a / .la files are put in 
/var/tmp/ORBit2-2.3.102-root/usr/lib and not in 
/var/tmp/ORBit2-2.3.102-root/usr/lib/orbit-2.0 (which is specified in 
the .spec file). I presume the reason for this is an error in the config 
for ORBit or in the ./configure line used in the .spec file?
