libIDL 0.7.2 has no .spec (only .spec.in)

The gnome-2.0-alpha libIDL 0.7.2 has a .spec.in file, but no .spec file.
Thus rpm -ta libIDL-0.7.2.tar.gz obviously fails (./configure, and
re-tar is the simple workaround)
