gconf unhosed

Hi,

When I switched to CORBA_Object_non_existent() to detect dead clients,
I got the return value backward, and was disconnecting all live
clients and keeping all dead clients. This is why GConf was totally
non-working as soon as it ran its "garbage collection" phase a minute
or two after starting an app.

Sorry about that. Fixed in CVS.
