translating strings in new style glade files

I just put together a patch that adds support for the new style glade 
files to intltool.  The patch is available here:

Once this is applied, it should be possible to extract the strings from 
glade files by simply listing them in the POTFILES.in file (for packages 
using intltool).  For people using libglade-convert as part of the build 
process, they should put the .glade2 file in POTFILES.in.

This should allow the translators to finish off the translations for the 
various gnome 2.0 components, so I would like to see this patch applied 
soon.  I have only done minimal testing, but I don't think it should 
cause any problems.
