gnome-terminal bugs

Hi,

Some people said they wanted to hack on gnome-terminal; I'm out of town
until late Wednesday, but I have no outstanding patches (except the zvt
bs/delete one, but it's posted to gnome-libs-devel) and bugzilla reflects
reality AFAIK. The 2.0.0 milestone bugs are the ones I consider most
important. I have comments on some bugs with info on how to fix. Please
attach patches to bugzilla and I'll get to them as soon as I can.  (Or
just commit crucial build fixes etc., of course. Use discretion.)
