I don't think we should fix this one... A lot of work for a feature I'm
not even sure I think we should have. I mean, a vertical text entry? Who
would seriously use that?
Maybe a completely different approach would work better? A tray icon
maybe?

The history thing sounds tricky... It thinking about this I've almost
come to the conclusion that we'll need some kinda session management to
do it properly.

This would probably be something we want to tackle in the C. IMHO.
Davyds screen positioning hint at the bottom sounds useful.

This is just a handler problem, or is it deeper? If it's just about one
handler I think we should low-prio. it, and just fix it when somebody
feels like it.
