QueryExecutor.cs

Hi all,

I was just trying to follow the way that query threads are created etc
and ran into a file called QueryExecutor.cs that seems to be obsolete.
At least i can compile without it without any problems. 

I know it's hard to remove such things from cvs but maybe we could leave
a note saying it's not used anymore or empty it to avoid confusion. Or
are there any plans to start using it?
