I think I was the one who reported the issue in 0.1.0 - certainly looks
similar - it was in the IMLog backend.

I still get the exception too in 0.1.1 although it doesn't seem to stop beagle
working now whereas it did in 0.1.0

Might try and track it down a bit further later..
