There are also kerneel-desktop kernels available that are iNotify enabled.
You'll find them at:
  http://apt.bea.ki.se/kernel-desktop/

For the moment, no FC4 ones, but FC3 kernelks shuld work fine.
Be prepared for a FC4 kernel-desktop in 1-2 weeks.
