Beagle 0.12 on Windows

Hi Fredrick

Beagle 0.12 seems to be quite cool and I was wondering if you or anyone 
managed to get it running under Windows.

I am aware of work done in January (but could make it work for me) and 
so if there is any more development in this regard, please let me know. 
Is it easier or harder than before? Does it install searching via the 
web (ala Google Desktop) by default? Any feedback welcome.

If I manage to get it running this time around, I will document things 
and get all stuff together in one package and make an executable. High 
time since we did that. So, please help me out here guys.
