FC3 mono packages

For those of you who were having problems with mono on FC3, there are
some packages available here:

http://dag.freshrpms.net/fedora/3/en/i386/RPMS.dag/

It's 1.0.5, which isn't ideal -- 1.1.3 is better -- but it should work
fine.
