Ugh, no.  I really don't think that you want to take a kernel RPM from
one distribution and rebuild it on another.

Instead, just get the inotify source from here:

	http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/rml/inotify/

And build native kernels for that distribution.
