dashboard beagle backend

Since a few people have brought it up, I committed a fix to the
dashboard beagle backend to get it building and somewhat working.  At
most 10 results will be displayed.  It doesn't support live queries or
any of the other interesting beagle features, though.  Dashboard needs
some work in the engine to be mostly beagle-based.
