FIXME list.

Hi guys,

Every so often, I update an autogenerated FIXME list here:

Unfortunately GNOME's viewcvs implementation doesn't put an anchor in
for each line of source code, unlike our bonsai installation of yore,
and so the links don't jump to the right place in the source file.

However, still handy.

A lot of these look like easy projects for someone to pick up, if you
are looking for a small way to get started contributing to Beagle.
