Tomboy real-time indexer for Beagle

Hi all,

Attached is the tomboy crawler and indexer I created tonight.
As you'll see, it's pretty much similar to the gaim crawler.

There are a few things that will need fixed up, but overall it works ok 
and can index your tomboy notes in real-time.  Also included is a Tile 
for use with `best` so you can search and view your notes.

Anyway, I hope everyone has fun joining in the hackfest today! :)
