[PATCHES] Firefox Bookmarks and Lucene wildcard queries

Here's a new version of the Firefox Bookmarks Driver, rewritten to use
Lucene to index the data.

Known drawback : a bookmark suppressed from Firefox will not be
suppressed currently.

The other patch enables wildcard queries for lucene-enabled drivers.
This only works with one-word queries, though.
