That's the nice thing about this project, there are so many possible
directions to go in. I'll make a start on this Locale stuff and keep you
posted. Maybe when that's done I'll start thinking about cool stuff we
can actually do with this data. Maybe a renderer which does little icons
for stuff like weather. Also: I think we should chain the city name in
case, say, the text indexer can make use of it.

If you have any other suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them.
