First, the frontend code that sends the cluepacket to the dashboard needs to be able to determine if the context for which the clues are being generated is focused, i.e. is it the one the user is interacting with right now, i.e. does the user care?
I'm still building a conceptual foundation for Dashboard. What's a common use case where this is a consideration? Put another way, when wouldn't the context for which the clues are being generated not be focused?
