New mail backend landed

Hi,

I've just landed the mail revamp, which adds the gmime dependency.
Please let me know on IRC and file bugs if you encounter problems.  I
strongly recommend people delete their ~/.beagle/MailIndex directories
before firing it up.

Many thanks to Chris for getting the gmime packages out into the MDE
Snaps Red Carpet channel.  You need both gmime and gmime-devel to build
beagle.
