New Evo 1.4.5 patches

Hi guys,

I've just thrown some new patches for Evo 1.4.5 on
  http://www.etc.gen.nz/projects/dashboard/
No real big changes, but hopefully the patches will work for more
people now.  No idea why they didn't work before, they always worked
okay for me.

But I have:
  - updated dashboard-frontend.c to the latest version;
  - moved dashboard-frontend.c to the frontend patch, not the
    backend patch.  No idea what it was doing there;
  - mail-display.c is now patched cleanly, no offset adjustment
    required.
