Coaster-devel Missing dependency check: libxml2-utils

When running autogen.sh on a sytem without libxml2-utils, a nice
warning appears which informs you that you're missing xmlcatalog and
your system is really broken. I think it should rather inform you that
you need libxml2-utils.

However, this may be an Ubuntu-only issue. (I'm running hoary.)
