RSS, and bugzilla

Two thoughts:

1) Since there are feeds of builds, it would be a good idea if the
HTML build list advertised them.

As a specific example, the <head> of http://build.gnome.org/metacity/
should contain

<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="RSS"
href="/metacity/rss" />
<link rel="alternate" type="application/atom+xml" title="RSS"
href="/metacity/atom" />

2) It would be useful if there was a component and product in
bugzilla.g.o to register ideas like the one above.
