FOSDEM talk and gnome buildbot deployment

Hi all,

we got the slot at FOSDEM for a build-brigade talk in the Gnome DevRoom:

This talk will introduce the group and its work to the community.

Also, seeing that it is taking too long to get the deployment of the
Gnome buildbot done in one of the foundation machines I'm doing it in
one of Igalia's servers. FOSDEM is a good chance to show the work done
till now to the community and start getting feedback from developers and
maintainers, so I think we should not delay this more.
