Hi,

We are not using bugzilla 2.18. Our bugzilla installation is 2.16.5
(soon to be 2.16.6), and although there are plans to move to 2.18 when
it is released we have to do some hacking first since we are actually
running a small fork of bugzilla.

I believe xmlrpcforbugzilla.tgz was meant to work against 2.16, although
we haven't tested it yet.

As far as patches go, this list is probably the best place to send them.
