ok, that's work pretty fine, and finally a reason to get started with 2.6,
which is
great - just have to lear how cd-burning works with it!

just one thing that stays left: everytime i start beast, 
this latency setting is lost, can i set it forever somewhere?
(i might even recompile to spare that "work" doin this again and again)
