ok, you're building from CVS.
this is due to texitheque trigegring a bug in makeinfo which
leads to a segfault and leaves you without sfi.3.texi.1166.xml.
one temporary workaround is to use an older makeinfo, i.e.
the one from texinfo_4.6-1_i386.deb.
alper, you were working on adding a workaround to the makeinfo bug
to texitheque, what's the status on that, can you send me the
diffs? (i'm currently working on moving texitheque to the beast
CVS tree, so applying changes to the CSL version wouldn't do much
good anyway)
