It seems mandb looks for '.SH NAME' and '.SH DESCRIPTION' lines, and
reads the stuff in between them. Actually we don't use .SH, instead
of it we have .H1 which calls .SH later.
I'm going to drop all of my own macros for headlines, page numbers and
stuff, because things get very complicated and hard to track. I want
to use LaTeX, or better ConTeXt for PS/PDF outputs. I'll start as
soon as you 'ok' me ;)
