This happened to me as well. I posted about it a few weeks ago. It
seems to be a result of the latest iPod update and has been reported on
the web. The only solution seems to be making one yourself. I
suggested throwing a more specific exception (something like
EmptySysinfoException) and making a dialog which asked for your iPod
type and S/N to reconstruct it.
