Actually, an earlier suggestion was to make `del' an alias for  
ctrl+`D', which just toggles the `deleted' flag (i.e., without  
making a copy in the trashbox).  Imho that matches the heuristic  
of `delete'.

Binding F9 to toggle `Show mailbox tree' is easy, but the menu  
item doesn't show it--perhaps it should be changed to `Show  
mailbox tree (F9)'.
