[HEAD] small MDN bug & fix

Hi all,

below is a patch to fix a minor bug in Message Disposition Notification  
(MDN) creation: as in 2.0 the message date apparently has been set  
elsewhere, in HEAD MDN's always were living in the past (POSIX 0 = Jan  
1st, 1970).

The trivial patch below fixes this, and also removes a stray debug  
statement I added recently to find the reason of the wrongly encoded From:  
headers.
