Information dialog hotkeys

Sometimes the "Information - Balsa" dialog pops up (on gpg actions, or
when balsa for some reason or other fails while checking email), and on
the buttons Clear and Close on this menu are both mapped to the key C,
which defeats the purpose of providing key shortcuts in the first
place.
Just a small snag today...
