default behavour for folders on 'r'?

Hello,

(Pleace cc me, I'm not in the list.)

Is it possible to add default behaviour for the 'r' replay things?

In some folder I want 'g' instead of 'r', and in some I want 'a' 
instead of 'r'.  Can I configure that?

I always forgett to press the right button.
