Where do I get the gnome-libs ?

Hi
I am trying to install balsa-2.0.6, but I am having a hard time finding
the required packages. I spent several hours now looking for the
'gnome-libs' ? ( it is not available from, gnome.org, ximian.net,
sourceforge.net, balsa.gnome.org)
Thanks for any help I can get.
