Hi,
Anyone know about this one? I'm not sure I understand how text is
handled in GNOME2 (or is it just Balsa?). For example, yesterday I sent
myself a text attachment at home, which contained a lot of French
characters. I used a mailer other than Balsa to view and save the file.
When I looked at it with that mailer (tkrat), all the accented
characters were replaced with little diamonds. Does this mean that text
messages sent by Balsa must be read with a Balsa-compatible MUA? That
seems wrong to me. What part of the equation am I missing here?
Thanks,
L
