ANNOUNCE: balsa-2.0.7 released

Hello,

Balsa team would like to officially announce balsa-2.0.7 release (I got 
this number right this time!). This is a GNOME2 port of balsa.

The major changes since the last release include:

- message threading improvements.
- IMAP connections pinged to prevent timeouts.
- configurable procmail commands used for POP filtering.
- and a list of fixed bugs (see Changelog).

Linking against OpenSSL library is explicitely allowed (README,INSTALL).
