Unreadable email

Hi,

  I just got CVS HEAD and compiled it. No change, the email still wasn't 
displayed. I updated gtkhtml and recompiled, that did make it work.

Looking through prefs, I found a new check box "Expand mailbox tree on 
startup" or such... well, it doesn't. It only expands the first level of my 
IMAP folder trees. I still have to click around to expand the rest of them.
