mutt rfc822 bug

There was a mutt advisory some days ago about a bug in the rf822 (email
address) parser that can lead to a remote exploit.
That code exists in balsa and is active so there is a risk of remote
exploits against current versions of balsa, even though I'm not sure balsa
is as afected as mutt.

I converted and commited the patch provided by the mutt people on today's
CVS. That means cvs snapshots after 20020209 shouldn't be afected by the
security problem.

lookout for new releases ;)
