balsa 1.2.4: Attachment display hosed on umlauts

Hello,

my Mom reported difficulties. She was attaching a file which had a "ü"
(u diaresis, TeX: \"u) character in its name. The attachment icon was
displayed, but no text beneath it. Another attachment with just US-ASCII
file name was displayed properly, with icon and file name.

Is this bug known yet?
