This works in 1.2.3 and 1.2.4 too.
Also, you can click right button on message, and choose "Forward inline" 
and "Forward attached"
Anyway, the lack of possibility to edit the list of attachments is ugly.
It would be best, if it was attaching "inline" but __with__ attachments.
