[Q] : about filters help

Hi all,
my help on filters has been included into balsa.sgml file. But when I make
Balsa, the help sgml files give me several html files in the help/C/balsa
subdir, but only in the following form : x1656.html, there is no
index.html or main-window.html files.
What is borked here (I have docbook utilities, the gnome DTD and so on).
