GUI suggestion

	Hi all,
after my stupid question here i my proposal : perhaps should we add the 
"Send all queued mail" button to the toolbar. Indeed I think that a lot of 
users have dialup account like me (at least in France) and this feature is 
certainly important to them because they certainly does not set up local 
MTA/MDA and fetchmail and just use the corresponding Balsa features.
