[ANNOUNCE] : New filters patches

	Hi all,
here are the last filters patchs available here

Almost only clean-ups occured since last release. But there one new feature
(still incomplete) : you can associate certain filters with each mailbox
(it is saved in config file). When complete you should be able to tell if
these "associated filters" must be applied automatically (on incoming
mails...).

Consider it still beta :)
