Hi Campbell:
	I've downloaded balsa 1.2 and find it can display Chinese chars
correctly.
But when I want to compose a new letter I find I can not input Chinese
chars.After
consulting source code,I add Chinese locale define to sendmsg-window.c.And
now it works.
